Cosmonautics Day in Ukraine

September 1, 1994. Lviv. The program is dedicated to the Kholm region and Podlasie, the history of Ukrainians in these lands, the preservation of cultural and church heritage, and the activities of the "Kholmshchyna" society. 

Public figure, head of the society Viktor Revukha talks about the work of the "Kholmshchyna" society, its members, organized events, Ukrainian-Polish relations and the search for the remains of Danylo Halytskyi. The church life of the Kholm region and the figure of Metropolitan Hilarion Ohienko are highlighted. The hierarch of the Polish Autocephalous Orthodox Church, Avel Poplawski, talks about its importance for the Kholm region, church subordination, worship in the Church Slavonic language, and Orthodox parishes in Poland. The program deals with the translation work of the metropolitan, his role in the liberation of people from German captivity and the Ukrainian revival in the churches of the Kholm region.

Kholmshchyna: the search for Ukrainian heritage

February 19, 1997. Volyn television. The program "How the Volynians saved the Orientals" tells about the famine of 1947 in the east of Ukraine and the people who during this period were forced to leave their homes and seek salvation in Volyn. 

The material contains eyewitness memories of hunger, moving from the eastern regions and living in a new place. The story of Hryhoriy Gurtovoy, director of the Torchyn Museum of Local History and an eyewitness to the famine of 1947, is mentioned. He talks about his move from the east to Volyn, Lutsk, as well as how he settled in the village of Torchyn, where he lives and works. The stories are complemented by materials from the regional archive and archival newspapers reproducing the events of that time.

"How the Volynians Saved the eastern people": stories of those who survived the famine of 1947

February 6, 1998. Volyn television. The program "Kholmshchyna in the destinies of Ukrainians" is devoted to the stories of the Kholm lands and the memories of Ukrainians — Kholmshchaks. The program features personal memories of residents and natives of Kholm region settlements. The stories are complemented by archival documents and photographs of the Kholmshchaks.

They tell about their memories: Anton Golibroda, a resident of the village of Pasika, Rostyslav Strilka, a resident of the village of Stary Maidan, and Halyna Malinovska, a native of the village of Zubavychi.
