In the video Khotyn Fortress, former Soviet underground member Matviy Tampolara talks about the resistance to the German-Romanian occupation.

Reference: Matviy Tampolara is a Ukrainian Soviet figure, a production innovator, a foreman of the cooperage shop at the Khotyn brewery. An active participant in the Khotyn uprising of 1919 and the underground Komsomol organization in August 1941. After the war, he held deputy positions.

In the video, Professor Oleksandra Lopushanska is working in the laboratory of Chernivtsi State University (now Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University).

Reference: Oleksandra Ivanivna Lopushanska is a chemist, teacher, and honorary professor of Chernivtsi University. She founded the first laboratory of thermodynamics of irreversible processes in chemistry in the USSR and was the author of 220 scientific publications. After retirement, she continued to work at the university and was elected a deputy of the Chernivtsi city and regional councils.
