The plot is dedicated to the consequences of a major flood in the Kirovohrad region.

In the video: the consequences of the downpour and flood, a blitz poll of local residents about food losses from the bad weather, destroyed farm buildings are shown; comments by high-ranking officials about the elimination of the consequences of the natural disaster.

Kirovohrad Television. The 2005 program "Mission of Yevhen Chykalenko" is dedicated to the Ukrainian philanthropist Yevhen Kharlampiyovych Chykalenko.

The program talks about the Ukrainian public figure and philanthropist Yevhen Chykalenko, the Ukrainian community in the Kirovohrad region, and cultural pro-Ukrainian initiatives.

Reference: Yevhen Kharlampiyovych Chykalenko (1861–1929) - Ukrainian public figure, agronomist, landowner, philanthropist, and publicist. One of the founders of the Ukrainian national movement of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, organizer of financing the daily Ukrainian-language newspaper "Rada" (1906–1914), initiator of the convocation of the Central Rada. Yevhen Chykalenko's grandson, Yevhen Ivanovych Chykalenko, is a teacher and collector, who preserved and partially transferred to museums his grandfather's personal belongings and archive, including manuscripts, letters, and the Central Rada's typewriter.

As part of the month of surrendering unregistered weapons, local residents brought more than one and a half hundred rifles, pistols, grenades, and knives.
