Fifth Odessa Film Festival

A report about the celebrations for the Day of the Naval Forces of Ukraine. Sailors of the frigate "Hetman Sahaidachny" sing the anthem, the port, speeches by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak and the Head of the Odessa Regional State Administration Mikheil Saakashvili on the ship, honoring the dead by laying flowers on the water. The TV film "The Road to Prosperity" is dedicated to the history and development of the village of Rozkvit, Odessa region, and the life of the Makar Posmitny collective farm.
