The video shows performances by bands, stalls, a kobzar playing, Gogol on a cart, speeches by the deputy head of the Poltava Regional State Administration, Valeriy Parkhomenko, and the deputy head of the Poltava Regional Council, Ivan Momot, President Viktor Yanukovych walking around the fair accompanied by the head of the Poltava Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Udovychenko, Yanukovych talking about souvenirs, and a military march.
