Reference: Volodymyr Groysman is a Ukrainian statesman who served as the mayor of Vinnytsia from 2006 to 2014. During this period, he implemented large-scale programs to modernize the city's infrastructure, including public transport reform, energy conservation, and the creation of the "Transparent Office" system. During his term, Vinnytsia was recognized as the most comfortable city to live in Ukraine for the first time.

Reference: The International Ethnofestival of Traditional Culture "Live Fire" is an annual cultural event, initiated in 2009 in Vinnytsia by Ataman Volodymyr Volovodiuk. The festival is based on the ritual of cutting live fire, and its program combines elements of traditional culture, folk art, Cossack martial practices, and modern ethnomusic.
