Reference: Mazepa Fest is an annual Ukrainian contemporary art festival that has been held in Poltava since 2003. The event combined rock and ethnic music, theatre, cinema, literature and exhibitions, promoting Ukrainian culture. The festival became one of the symbols of the cultural revival of the early 2000s.
