Reference: the incident in the Kerch Strait on November 25, 2018 caused an urgent reaction of the Ukrainian authorities. The very next day, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine held a briefing, at which the military command assessed the event as an act of armed aggression by the russian federation and a potential threat of a large-scale invasion. The Ukrainian leadership initiated the introduction of martial law, and the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry launched a diplomatic campaign at the international level to consolidate the support of partners.
