Reference: Mykola Telizhenko is a Ukrainian sculptor and graphic artist, People's Artist of Ukraine, member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. The author of numerous monumental and decorative works, including mosaic panels in Cherkasy, monuments to the victims of the Chernobyl tragedy and the Holodomor, as well as the author of the flag of Cherkasy and the coat of arms of the Cherkasy region. His work combines national motifs with the traditions of Ukrainian monumentalism.
