Reference: The Cherkasy State Academic Honored Ukrainian Folk Choir is a professional musical group created in 1957 at the Cherkasy Regional Philharmonic. The group has become one of the leading representatives of Ukrainian choral art, known for performing folk and author's songs in artistic arrangements. Among its most famous soloists are People's Artists of Ukraine Olga Pavlovska and Raisa Kyrychenko, as well as composer and conductor Anatoliy Pashkevych.
