Olympus Sports Club: find yourself, defeat others

The author of the programme, Iryna Herasymenko, touches on the topic of the city's infrastructure being unsuitable for the needs of people in wheelchairs and introduces the activities of the inclusive sports club ‘Olympus’. Club manager Emma Sezarceva talks about the club's work, the sporting achievements of its members, and the ineffectiveness of the law on accessibility. Deputy club chairpersons Olga Poshalok and Zinaida Kucher say that club members are an example to other people with disabilities, especially children, of how to spend their time actively and interestingly. People in wheelchairs play table tennis, dance, shoot bows and arrows, and jump on trampolines. City council deputy Valery Yusupov expresses his respect for athletes with disabilities.
