A film about friendship and socialist competition between workers in the Lviv (Ukrainian SSR) and Ulyanovsk (Russian SSR) regions.

The arrival of representatives of the Ulyanovsk region in Lviv. The delegation visited the Lenin Museum in Lviv, the village of Olesko, the Lviv Bus Factory, and the Zhdanov Collective Farm in the village of Zhovtantsi, Kamianka-Buzka district. The Lviv delegation travels to the Ulyanovsk region, visits the Lenin Memorial and Gymnasium, and enterprises in the region.
