‘Shchedryk. Perpetuum mobile’

2011, National Television Company of Ukraine. Documentary film ‘Shchedryk. Perpetuum Mobile’ about the life and fate of Ukrainian composer Mykola Leontovych.

The video features: opening credits, archival materials from the National Television Company of Ukraine, materials from the Hordii Pshenychnyi Central State Film, Photo and Phono Archive of Ukraine, fragments of films in which the melody of ‘Shchedryk’ was used, shots of the Podillia region, and a bust of Mykola Lysenko on the alley of outstanding compatriots in Vinnytsia.
