Reference: The ensemble "Zagrava" is a Ukrainian musical group from Kolomyia, founded in 1988, formed on the basis of the professional musical tradition of the Hutsul region and Pokuttya. The group became a laureate of the Republican radio competition "New names" and won third place in the "Pop Music" section at the "Chervona Ruta" festival in 1989. The ensemble's repertoire combines Ukrainian folk music with modern folk-rock and jazz-rock arrangements, and the activities of the participants had a noticeable impact on the development of Ukrainian music in Ukraine and the diaspora.
