The film "Groundwater" is dedicated to the problems of ecology of Ukraine and the Dnipro River in connection with human activity, the creation of new enterprises and stations.

The film was shot in various cities and regions of Ukraine: Zhytomyr, Zaporizhia, Kherson, Skadovsk, Ochakiv, Kakhovka, Gola Prystan, the villages of Bila Krynytsia in Kherson region, Bubnovska Sloboda in Cherkasy region, Pokrovske in Dnipropetrovsk region.
