Reference: On the night of December 31, the Russian army attacked Odessa with strike drones. Two high-rise buildings were hit, and apartments in one of them caught fire. Six people are known to have been injured, including three children aged between seven months and 14 years.

The city has partially lost electricity, water, and heat.
