Reference: Yavoriv Toy is a traditional wooden toy, which is made in Yavoriv and surrounding settlements with the predominant use of aspen and decorated with a characteristic painting "verbivka". The ornament is based on stylized plant motifs with a combination of green, red, blue and yellow colors; manufacturing technology and painting are passed on by masters within the local craft tradition, and the product is included in the list of intangible cultural heritage of Ukraine.
