The TV film "Trust" is dedicated to the biography and activities of the head of the collective farm named after the XXV Congress of the CPSU in the village of Pechera, Tulchyn district, Vinnytsia region, Hero of Socialist Labor Ivan Kalnytsky.

On the video: a trip through the village; women in the hut spin and sing Ukrainian folk songs; the Revutsky family recalls how Kalnytsky hid in their house from the Germans during the German-Soviet war, the partisan period of his activities; landscapes of Vinnytsia region, villages, residential buildings; Kalnytsky talks about the situation in the village after the war, about the famine of 1947, work in the village of Petrashivka; fellow villagers characterize Ivan Kalnytsky as a leader; the territory and buildings of the collective farm, fields, views of the village and its surroundings; conversation with rural youth.

The film is dubbed in russian languages. Contains elements of Soviet propaganda.

Reference: Ivan Kalnytskyi is a Ukrainian Soviet economic figure, long-time head of collective farms in Vinnytsia region, Hero of Socialist Labor, deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Ukrainian SSR of the 9th–11th convocations. In different years, he headed collective and private agricultural enterprises, participated in the partisan movement during World War II, was awarded state awards of the USSR and Ukraine.
