The documentary film "Swan Song" is dedicated to the ecology of the Swan Islands Reserve in the Rozdolnensky district (now part of the Perekopsky district) of the Crimean peninsula.

Reference: Swan Islands is an ornithological branch of the Crimean Nature Reserve, located in the Karkinitskaya Bay in the north-west of the Crimean peninsula. It is one of the most important nesting, wintering and migratory stopovers in Ukraine wetland birds; the area protects over 250 species of birds, as well as rare species of mammals, reptiles and fish and has the status of a wetland of international importance under the Ramsar Convention.
