Reference: Volodymyr Turets is a Ukrainian opera and chamber singer, People's Artist of the Ukrainian SSR, long-time soloist of the Academic Ukrainian Folk Choir named after Hryhoriy Veryovka. He performed classical and folk song repertoire and made a significant contribution to the popularization of Ukrainian vocal music in Ukraine and abroad.
