Background: On the night of February 7, Russia struck the Dobrotvir Thermal Power Plant in Lviv Oblast. An air raid alert was declared in Lviv Oblast at 3:13 a.m. Initially, a missile strike threat was reported; later, information emerged about a threat from attack drones. As a result of this shelling, residential buildings in the village of Staryi Dobrotvir were damaged. Eighteen houses were partially damaged, and one was completely destroyed.
