Reference: In February 2022, during the fighting for the airport in Gostomel, the AN-225 Mriya aircraft, the world's largest transport aircraft, designed to transport super-heavy and oversized cargo, including space equipment, was critically damaged as a result of rtussian military aggression. As a result, the only instance of this type of aircraft in the world, which had no analogues in world aviation, was lost.
