Reference: The "Wind" panel is an abstract mosaic composition created in 1967 by Alla Horska, Viktor Zaretsky and Boris Plaksiy for the "Vitryak" restaurant in Kyiv, which is the only surviving monumental work by Alla Horska in the urban space of the capital. In 2016, after the threat of damage to the panel, the object was included in the State Register of Immovable Monuments of Ukraine, but later partial damage and violations of the conditions of its protection were recorded.
