The TV film "Gnomek" from the series "Little Stories of a Big City" is dedicated to the memories of the Ukrainian theater actress Neonila Biletskaya about celebrating the New Year holidays during the German-Soviet war.

She began her stage career in the 1950s, worked in theaters in Mariupol and Donetsk, and has been associated with the Kyiv theater scene since 1979. Winner of the "Kyiv Pectoral" theater award for performing leading roles in classical and modern repertoire.
