"Khudayberdy Sent by God": Memories of the Holodomor

The TV film "Khudayberdy Sent by God" is dedicated to the fate of the Shcherbachenko brothers and sisters from Kirovohrad region and the fate of their family during the Holodomor of 1933.

On the video: children singing songs, chronicle of the 1930s, starving peasants; Uzbekistan, customs, cotton picking, Muslim family of an adopted Ukrainian; meeting of brother and sister, conversation, viewing photos, story about the Holodomor and the removal of children from the villages; visiting family graves.
