The TV film "A Blank Sheet of Paper" is dedicated to the problem of rational economy, saving material resources in the national economy of the Ukrainian SSR.

On the video: children, activities in kindergarten, everyday life of an educational institution; landscapes of Kyiv, people on a walk; citizens of various professions at work; a plot about the processing of various materials, a paper product landfill.

The film is dubbed in russian languages. Contains elements of Soviet propaganda.
