The terrorist attack near Volnovakha took place on January 13, 2015. Then, at about 14:30, the Russian occupiers used the GRAD system to shoot at a checkpoint of the Ukrainian military in Bugas, near Volnovakha. The occupiers fired more than 40 shells. One of them exploded next to a passenger bus "Zlatoustivka-Donetsk", which was carrying civilians. 12 passengers were killed and 18 were injured.
