The documentary film "Blessed Colors" is dedicated to the biography of one of Mykhailo Boychuk's students, artist Hryhoriy Synytsia, and the revival of the Ukrainian National Coloristic School.

Reference: Hryhoriy Synytsia is a Ukrainian artist, a student of Mykhailo Boychuk, the founder of the "Ukrainian Coloristic School" movement, which affirmed the folk culture of color as an aesthetic and national category. Despite constant persecution by the Soviet authorities on charges of formalism and nationalism, he created over twenty-nine works in the technique of floromosaic and a number of monumental ensembles, including mosaic murals in Donetsk and Alexandria.
