"Singing Field" Festival, 1986

1986, Ukrainian Television. The first Republican festival of folk art "Singing Field" in Ternopil, dedicated to the Day of Soviet Youth. Host — Tamara Stratienko.

1st day at the stadium: People's Artist Dmytro Hnatyuk; Ukrainian Volyn Folk Choir; Honored Artist of Ukraine Oksana Bilozir; Honored Artist of Ukraine Nazariy Yaremchuk (fragment of a song); performances of folklore groups from different regions of Ukraine.

2nd day at the Singing Field in the city center: interview with People's Artist, show director Borys Sharvark; People's Artist Anatoly Avdievsky; Honored Artist of Ukraine Yevhen Savchuk; People's Artist Nina Matvienko; choreographic ensemble of folk dance of Ternopil; the anthem dedicated to the opening of the holiday "Field, my field!" is performed.

3rd day in the Taras Shevchenko recreation park: People's Artist Ivan Ponomarenko accompanied by the choir; holiday on the water; short interviews with festival participants; artists of the National Honored Academic Ukrainian Folk Choir of Ukraine named after Hryhoriy Veryovka and the Cherkasy Ukrainian Folk Choir perform a dance. The recording is interrupted.
