Awarding of Hero of Ukraine Ihor Hordiychuk

Video shows President Petro Poroshenko's visit to the hospital to award Colonel Ihor Hordiychuk the title of "Hero of Ukraine". Poroshenko is accompanied by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Viktor Muzhenko and the Minister of Defense Stepan Poltorak, presenting Ihor Hordiychuk with the "Golden Star" in the hospital ward, Poroshenko's speech.

Reference: Ihor Hordiychuk is a Ukrainian military man, Hero of Ukraine, Major General. In August 2014, while holding the rank of colonel, he led a combined detachment that defended the strategic height of Savur-Mohyla. While performing a combat mission, he was seriously wounded, and for his courage he was awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine.
