Reference: Petro Yakovenko is a Ukrainian easel painter, Honored Artist of Ukraine, laureate of the Sydor Vorobkevych Literary and Artistic Prize. His creative output includes still lifes, portraits, and Carpathian landscapes. The artist's works are kept in the Chernivtsi Art Museum and the National Art Museum of Ukraine.
