The plot is dedicated to the arrival of a delegation from the city of Modesto (USA) to Khmelnytskyi on the occasion of the unveiling of a memorial sign in honor of the twin cities of Khmelnytskyi and Modesto.

Reference: Modesto (USA) became the first twin city of Khmelnytskyi: the twinning agreement was signed in 1987, which initiated long-term cooperation in the fields of education, culture, youth exchanges and humanitarian support. The status of a twin city provides for officially registered partnership relations between municipalities, aimed at the development of international contacts, intercultural dialogue and exchange of experience in public, economic and cultural life.
