An X-ray machine from the U.S. government

First National, 2003. A report on a unique X-ray machine that the US government has donated to Ukrainian customs officials as a gesture of cooperation in the fight against organised crime and terrorism. It can be used to determine the contents of a container in 15–20 seconds without opening it.
