Theatre seasons: Bohdan Stupka

2015, National Television Company of Ukraine. This episode of the programme “Theatre Seasons” takes the form of an interview with Bohdan Stupka, during which the following topics were also covered:

— the unveiling of a bronze monument to Hnat Yuri in the square on Ivan Franko Square, opposite the Ivan Franko National Academic Drama Theatre. The sculpture of the actor and director depicts the brave soldier Švejk;

— the 13th ‘Melpomene of Tavria’ International Theatre Festival in Kherson, attended by theatre companies from Ukraine and other countries.

The interview with Bohdan Stupka covers topics such as his theatre and film career, his students, his interactions with colleagues, and his plans for the future.
