Publishers' Forum and the Promotion of Reading

2006, Channel One (now Public Broadcasting).A report on the 13th Publishers’ Forum and initiatives aimed at promoting a culture of reading. These include public service announcements in which well-known figures will promote reading, as well as public readings featuring Svyatoslav Vakarchuk and Bohdan Stupka as part of the Forum. To make the classics more accessible to readers, publishers are offering updated editions of their works.
