
The “Miss Bukovina” Pageant Finals, 1998

October 26, 1998. The Olga Kobylianska Music and Drama Theater in Chernivtsi. The “Miss Western Ukraine” and “Miss Bukovina ’98” pageants. On stage are the pageant finalists; a fashion show and introductions of the contestants are taking place.
The program features performances by Lilia Sandulesa with the songs “10,000 Nights” and “Where Are You, My Love,” and Ivo Bobul with the songs “I’m Coming to You Again” and “Those Eyes Across from Me” (in Russian).
The pageant finalists introduced are: Anna Rusinova (Lutsk), Iryna Parfeniuk (Ternopil), Yulia Bulenko (Lutsk), Lyudmyla Nikolaienko (Lviv), Zoryana Zapalska (Ivano-Frankivsk), Viktoria Martyniuk (Rivne), Bozhena Stakhovska (Zhytomyr), Natalia Petrova (Lviv), Anastasia Stefanchuk (Rivne), Olga Bogdanova (Chernivtsi), Inna Tsymbalyuk (Chernivtsi), Iryna Bohdan (Chernivtsi), Olga Proshyna (Chernivtsi), Natalia Kushchenko (Chernivtsi), Nadiya Makukh (Ternopil), Yulia Kozyk (Chernivtsi), Alona Sabadash (Chernivtsi), Lesya Skintey (Chernivtsi), Yana Rozumovska (Chernivtsi), Yulia Furikova (Zhytomyr), Alona Postolyuk (Chernivtsi), Oksana Kolchyshina (Chernivtsi).
Based on the results of the pageant, Inna Tsymbalyuk was awarded the title of “Miss Audience Choice,” Alona Sabadash was named “Miss Charm,” Yana Rozumovska was named “Miss Photogenic” and “Miss Bukovina,” Oksana Kolchyshina and Zoryana Zapalska were named first runners-up, and Anna Rusinova was named first runner-up.
