
Lychkivtsi: history, legends and sights

The program tells about the past of the village, its nature and historical places. Particular attention is paid to the ruins of the castle and fortress, their history and the chapel preserved on the territory of the ruins. We are talking about a monument in honor of the voivode's son, who, according to legend, was tortured by the Hordes, as well as a monument to the victims of cholera. The local source and the estate of the Polish lords, which was used as a hospital in Soviet times, and was privately owned at the time of the shooting, are shown. The program also presents landscapes of Lychkivtsi, houses of local residents and a church built in 1708.
