Survey participants are asked whether they often see homeless animals in Ternopil, whether they consider the actions of local authorities to solve this problem sufficient and what ways to solve it they see. Olena Deineka, a volunteer of the regional association of defenders of homeless animals "Noah's Ark", expresses her opinion.
