Change to summer time: opinions of Ternopil residents, 2013

Ternopil residents are asked how they react to the transition to the new time and whether it is easy for them to adapt to such changes. Lydia Shimchyshyn, a psychotherapist at the polyclinic department of the Ternopil City Emergency Hospital, tells how to better adapt to the new regime and more comfortably switch to another time.
