Fragments of the meeting of the Regional Congress of OUN-UPA members held in Chernivtsi on August 16, 1992 are shown. The program features memories of historical events related to the OUN-UPA. Against the background of the rebel song "Oh in the forest, on the clearing", a copy of the original flag of the OUN is shown, with which the participants marched to Kyiv under the leadership of Colonel Melnyk. The commander of the Bukovyna kuren, Colonel Petro Voynovskyi, tells about this flag. Oleksandr Mykolayovych Vershkivskyi remembers the Soviet years and the creation of the Bukovyna Kuren. Svyatoslav Melnychuk, a former soldier of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army, and Bukovyna political prisoners also share their memories.
