“The Greeks of Nadazov. As Vasilevun Rumei!”: a documentary film

2021. Documentary film "Nadazov Greeks. "As Vasilevun Rumei!"". The film tells about the Nadazov Greeks who preserve and revive their own traditions in the steppes of Donbas. The film is in the Rumean language with Ukrainian subtitles.

In the video: the history of the name of the village of Yanisol and the traditional struggle "kuresh". Surroundings of Nikolske village, Donetsk region, Maloyanisol village. Historical and cultural festival "Wild Field" in the Nikol district of the Donetsk region, traditional songs, a wedding event, preparation of the traditional dish of Shumush and Chebureks, a fable about a shepherd, a Rumey joke. Shepherd cuts the sheep. Next — is the village of Sartana, Donetsk region. Anatoly Korona talks about the production of the play "Wedding with Love" and the involvement of young actors, children and teenagers in the theater. In the village of Maloyanisol, an abandoned school and the place where the village of Krymka was located until 1996 are shown. The film uses materials from Mariupol television. Next — is the village of Yalta, Donetsk region. Singer and playwright Hanna Sagirova sings on the seashore.
