"The soul is winged by good": the anniversary of Yuriy Kerekesh

June 26, 2006. Transcarpathian Regional State Television and Radio Company. The program "Without complaints about fate" is dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the creative activity of the writer Yuriy Kerekesh.

In a conversation in an Uzhhorod apartment, he recalls his journey from medicine to literature, his first job in a newspaper and writing short stories. It tells about the persecution and search of the NKVD, its own moral principles, modern politics and the young generation of Ukrainian writers. The continuation of the program is the creative evening "The soul is winged by good" in the Transcarpathian Regional Universal Library, dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the writer, the 65th anniversary of his creative activity and the 60th anniversary of married life. Songs, wishes and words of gratitude of Yuriy Kerekesh to the guests of the evening are played.
