“I Want to Say”: Ternopil Residents on Autumn Depression

In the program “I Want to Say,” residents of Ternopil share their thoughts on autumn depression: whether they notice seasonal mood changes in themselves, what helps them feel better, and how they understand the concept of “depression.” In a street survey, residents talk about their personal experiences and ways to stay in good spirits during the fall.
