"As in the spirit": memory of Maxim Rylskyi

November 18, 2008. Zhytomyr Regional State Television and Radio Company. The program "As in the Spirit" is dedicated to the life and work of Maksym Rylskyi.

Through archival video frames, photographs, books and memories of contemporaries, the figure of the artist and his literary heritage are revealed. The place of filming is the Rylsky family estate in Romanivka, where stories about the poet sound against the background of local landscapes.

Commentary: researcher of Maksym Rylskyi's work, organizer of the All-Ukrainian literary and artistic holiday "Romanivska Vesna" Vasyl Zarechyny, literary critic, editor-in-chief of the main editorial office of historical and cultural monuments at the publishing house "Ukrainian Encyclopedia" Mykola Kiporenko, poet, public figure Borys Oliynyk, grandson of Maksym Rylskyi, deputy editor-in-chief of the film company "Ukrainian Media Group" Taras Rylskyi.

Author and director Leonid Harshan, editing director Tetyana Pavlotska, cameraman Serhiy Bazylyuk, sound engineers Oleksandr Kodubovskyi and Yevhen Lytnev worked on the program.
