The program "Names in History" tells about the founder of the city of Skadovsk, Serhiy Baltazarovych Skadovskyi, and representatives of the Skadovskyi family, namely the painter Mykola Skadovskyi and the scientist, archaeologist, and founder of the Bila Tserkva Laboratory, which developed a vaccine against anthrax, Heorhii Skadovskyi.
