The Kapranov brothers published a book

The video shows a scene from the presentation of the book "A Pictorial History of Ukraine's Independence" by the Kapranov brothers. The first president of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk and the author of the Independence Act Levko Lukyanenko took part in the presentation and announced the launch of the book.

The brothers Dmytro and Vitaliy Kapranov are Ukrainian writers, publishers, publicists, public figures and bloggers. They were born on July 24, 1967 in Dubossary, now Moldova. They spent their childhood in Ochakiv, Mykolaiv region, where they graduated from high school in 1984. They did not study Ukrainian at school. They received their higher education at the Ural Polytechnic Institute (Sverdlovsk, Russia) and the Moscow Power Engineering Institute.

On September 4, 2019, the Kapranov brothers created their YouTube channel "named after Taras Shevchenko," where they talk about the history of Ukraine.

Since February 24, 2022, the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Kapranov brothers have been fighting the invaders with arms in Kyiv in the ranks of the Azov Regiment.

On April 16, 2024, Dmytro Kapranov died.
