“Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors”: on the anniversary of the movie

On September 4, 1965, the premiere of Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors by Serhiy Parajanov took place at the Ukraina Cinema in Kyiv. The video celebrates the 50th anniversary of the film. An interview with the director Serhiy Parajanov is used, a fragment recorded in Paris in 1990.
