Ivan Drach is a Ukrainian poet, translator, screenwriter, playwright, statesman and public figure. He was a fighter for Ukrainian independence in the twentieth century. He is a holder of the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise and a laureate of the Taras Shevchenko National Prize. Together with Lina Kostenko and Pavlo Tychyna, he was nominated for the Nobel Prize in Literature.

The program is hosted by film critic Serhiy Trymbach. The program uses fragments of the films The Well for the Thirsty, The Stone Cross, The Missing Letter, and I'm Coming to You.
