The program “Musical Addresses of Kyiv. Musical Lane” tells the story of the Kyiv Conservatory (now the Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine) in the pre-war period.
The following people share their memories: Eleonora Skrypchynska, a teacher and dean of the Conservatory's choral faculty; Oleh Tymoshenko, the rector of the Conservatory; Larysa Rudenko, a singer; Pavlo Muravsky, a choral conductor; Leonila Yefremova, an art historian; and composer Hlib Taranov, who tells about his students Nathan Rakhlin and Pavlo Muravsky, his teacher Reinhold Glier, and his work with Olena Muravyova.
The author and host of the program is composer Platon Maiboroda. The audio recording was made on May 25, 1982.
