The film The Bullfighters of Vasyukivka is a short children's comedy based on one of the episodes of the eponymous novel by Vsevolod Nestayko.
The film was shot in the village of Koropove (Korobiv Khutir), Kharkiv region. The film was produced by a regional television studio and won international awards: the Grand Prix at the Munich International Film Festival in 1968 and the main prize at the Alexandria International Film Festival in Egypt in 1969.
